The International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) is a yearly competition for secondary school students, held annually in a different country. The first IChO was held in Prague, Czechoslovakia, in 1968. The competition is open to students from all countries that are members of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC).
