The maintenance and promotion of health is achieved through different combination of physical, mental and social well-being, together referred to as the "health triangle". It is also accepted by WHO.

Health can be defined as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Health is dependent on physical, social and mental well-being. A healthy environment is required to maintain the physical fitness and for sustaining social well-being. This includes characteristics of the natural environment, the built environment and the social environment. Factors such as clean water and air, adequate housing, and safe communities and roads all have been found to contribute to good health, especially to the health of infants and children. 

A healthy person can be described as disease free, but a disease free person cannot be a healthy person. Generally, the healthy person is free from any infection, disease or any other mental stress. As health is determined by all the three factors like physical, mental and social while the disease depends only on physical factors.

Health is the ability of an individual to adjust according to the social and environmental conditions. A healthy person has a high metabolic rate as compared to an unhealthy person. The fluctuation in the metabolic rate causes disease.

• Psychiatry is the medical speciality devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of mental disorders. These include various maladaptations related to mood, behaviour, cognition, and perceptions.
• Psychology is the science of behaviour and mind Psychology includes the study of conscious and unconscious phenomena, as well as feeling and thought.
• Medical transcription, also known as MT, is an allied health profession dealing with the process of transcribing voice-recorded medical reports that are dictated by physicians, nurses and other healthcare practitioners
• Pathology is the study of disease. It is the bridge between science and medicine.
  

Presbyopia is a condition that occurs due to the loss of the flexibility of lens with the old age. It creates difficulty in focussing on near objects. It can be corrected by using convex lens. 

• Nursing is the profession or practice of providing care for the sick, infirm(physically or mentally weak) and injured. 
• The 4 aims of nursing are promoting health, prevent illness, restore health, and facilitate coping with death and disability.
  
• Hence Caring for ills and injured is Nursing.
• So, the correct answer is 'Nursing'.

Healthy body indicates both mental & physical health. Health depends on three major factor physical, social and mental. Free of infection by pathogen sustains physical fitness and a stable mind provides mental fitness.
