Heredity affects mental development of any child. Parents with high IQ tend to have children with high IQ.

Children with IQ level 100 - 114 are upper normal children. Children with IQ level 115 - 129 are bright children. Children with IQ level 130 - 144 are gifted children. Children with IQ level 145 - 159 are highly gifted children. Children with IQ level 160 - above are profoundly gifted children. 

Lecture method plays a negligent role in changing the thinking of any child. So, it is very difficult to develop creativity through lecture method, which can be easily done by playing games, story- writing, experiment etc. 

Teacher is the only person who can make teaching understanding and interesting by using various teaching methods.

We know that today's education is totally based on child pshychology. So, a proper teaching is also possible, if a teacher adopts psychological methods to teach his students according to their psychology, which is further possible only if he knows the mental and internal capacity of his students. 

Backward children are those who are mentally sick and feel very difficult to adjust in any atmosphere/environment. 

Flexibility is an important factor of creativity because creative child needs free and flexible environment to express his new creative ideas.
